Amane Anzu is a high school student with a singular, earnest goal: finding herself a boyfriend. Despite her youthful appearance and active pursuit of romance, navigating the dating scene proves far more complicated than it would be for an ordinary teenager. Her search is constantly derailed by a secret that most high school boys are entirely unprepared to handle. The moment potential suitors discover the truth about her past, their romantic interest evaporates almost instantly. The reality behind Anzu’s string of rejections is highly unconventional. She is not just any high school girl; she is already a divorcee. This startling revelation alone is usually enough to send prospective boyfriends running in the opposite direction, shattering any illusion of a normal teenage relationship before it can even begin. Yet, her marital history is only half of the challenge. If the fact that she has already been married and divorced fails to drive a candidate away, her remaining secret delivers the final blow. Anzu is also a mother to a young daughter. Balancing the everyday life of a student with the profound responsibilities of parenthood and a complicated past leaves her struggling to find someone willing to accept her for everything she truly is.
