Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Dai-1 Shou - Outo no Ichinichi-hen

High school student Subaru Natsuki is abruptly transported to a fantasy world while simply walking home from the convenience store. Thrust into his greatest crisis yet, he finds no trace of whoever summoned him and is soon attacked in the unfamiliar streets. His fortunes shift when a mysterious silver-haired girl accompanied by a fairy-like cat intervenes to save his life. Eager to repay her kindness, Subaru joins forces with her to search for what she has lost. Just as they finally uncover a vital clue, tragedy strikes. Both Subaru and the girl are ambushed and killed by an unknown assailant. However, instead of fading into oblivion, Subaru suddenly awakens at the exact location where he first arrived in this strange world. He quickly realizes he has acquired a harrowing power: "Return by Death," an ability that allows him to rewind time only through his own demise. Now, armed solely with this desperate gift, the helpless young man must push past overwhelming despair to alter fate and save the silver-haired girl from her deadly end.
