The Mean Guy

After becoming entangled in a dangerous power struggle between rival criminal factions, Seung-Jo is forced to flee for his own safety. To escape the relentless conflict and the watchful eyes of the underworld, he retreats from the city and takes refuge in a quiet, remote rural town far removed from his violent past. Seeking anonymity and a fresh start away from the chaos, Seung-Jo settles into the slow pace of country life. However, his old habits and aggressive nature prove difficult to suppress. Convinced that his notorious reputation has not reached this isolated community, he begins to rationalize his behavior with a reckless mindset: since no one in this small town knows who he truly is or what he is capable of, he sees no reason to hold back from causing trouble. This dangerous assumption sets the stage for new conflicts as Seung-Jo’s volatile personality inevitably clashes with the peaceful environment he sought out. What begins as an attempt to lay low quickly transforms into another turbulent chapter, proving that escaping one's own destructive tendencies is far more difficult than simply changing locations.
