Vampires

In a world where humans were once governed by survival of the fittest, with no laws or etiquette to restrain their actions, a new breed of humans known as Vampires emerges, driven by a desire for freedom and a rejection of society's constraints. A young boy named Toppei joins the Mushi Pro studio, working alongside renowned animator Osamu Tezuka, but his bizarre tendencies soon raise suspicions among the staff. Meanwhile, a second storyline follows a character from the first part as he seeks to exploit a newly introduced species, the Weko, to achieve domination. As past and present intertwine, the history and sightings of the Weko are revealed, and one of the creatures becomes entangled in the plot, set against the backdrop of a fantastical and eerie atmosphere.
