Two years ago, Chihiro walked away from his previous band after a painful romantic fallout left him emotionally scarred. Seeking a fresh start, he accepted an invitation from Mikumo to join a new group as their lead vocalist. Despite finding his footing in this new musical endeavor, Chihiro carries an unspoken boundary: whenever the topic of performing a love song arises, he flatly refuses. The lingering wounds of his past relationship make it impossible for him to pour his heart into such lyrics, leaving a quiet tension beneath the band's otherwise collaborative dynamic. Now in their final year of college, reality begins to intrude on their shared passion. As the pressures of job hunting consume their schedules, the members face the inevitable truth that their time playing together is drawing to a close. Before the band disbands for good, Mikumo makes a heartfelt plea. Openly expressing his deep admiration for Chihiro’s voice, he asks his vocalist to reconsider his long-standing refusal and sing a love song just once more—serving as a final, meaningful farewell to the music they built together.
