Hametomo Collection is an anthology manga featuring a series of distinct romantic and intimate encounters. The opening story centers on Mana, an ordinary high school girl who struggles with both academics and athletics but has developed a deep obsession with a smartphone application designed to reward users for arranging physical encounters. Driven by her addiction to the platform, she dedicates herself to climbing its competitive ranking system. In another tale, Ayumu finds himself constantly teased by his childhood friend Rika. Reaching his limit, he challenges her to a wager: if he can outscore her on their next exam, she will allow him to touch her. Because Rika is exceptionally intelligent, Ayumu must push himself academically to surpass her. The collection also explores unconventional societal norms in a story set within a region that enforces an ancient tradition requiring citizens to practice intimacy upon reaching a certain age. At the local school, this takes the form of a mandatory duty where female students assist their male classmates. Satsuki Mimori feels anxious about her first assignment, but her friend Junko Mizushima and the boys gently guide her through the experience. Other chapters follow Yuuya, who repeatedly declines invitations from his friends to spend time secretly with Satomi, his older sister’s college friend and hidden lover, as well as a depressed middle-aged man whose life changes after a high school girl named Miyuki catches him staring and unexpectedly offers to relieve his stress, discovering she harbors a fondness for older men.
