As a child, Keisuke Kurosu was featured on "Esper Shounen," a specialized television program dedicated to showcasing children who possessed extraordinary supernatural abilities. Alongside other gifted youths, he spent his formative years in the public eye, demonstrating powers that set him apart from ordinary society. However, the broadcast eventually came to an end, and the young participants were left to navigate life after their time in the spotlight faded. Seven years have passed since the program's cancellation, but the past refuses to stay buried. A mysterious killer has emerged, systematically hunting down the former cast members of the show. Driven by a twisted ideology, the murderer views these supernaturally gifted individuals not as human beings, but as dangerous monsters that need to be eradicated. The surviving Esper children are now being picked off one by one, transforming their forgotten childhood fame into a deadly curse. With their lives hanging in the balance, Keisuke is forced to reconnect with his old friends from the program. Together, they must confront the trauma of their shared history and race against time to uncover the identity of the person stalking them. If they fail to expose the killer, they will inevitably become the next victims in this relentless hunt.
