Otonari no Onee-san wa ××× Shitai

Naoto endures a harsh and neglectful home life, constantly subjected to cruel treatment by his own parents. With no refuge within his household, his daily existence is defined by isolation and emotional hardship. However, his bleak routine takes an unexpected turn when a beautiful older woman named Naruko suddenly appears at his doorstep. She soon moves in right next door, becoming his immediate neighbor and introducing a completely new dynamic into his otherwise lonely world. From the moment she arrives, Naruko goes out of her way to be warm and accommodating toward Naoto, offering him the kindness and attention he has been denied for so long.
