Meiryoutei Gotou Seijuurou

Seijuurou Gotou is far from a typical student leader. As the president of Meiryou High School’s student council, he rules his peers not through diplomacy or charm, but through sheer intimidation and reckless violence. His tyrannical behavior has earned him widespread dread throughout the school's hallways, leading the terrified student body to bestow upon him the imposing title of "Meiryoutei"—the Emperor of Meiryou. Rather than serving as a guiding figure for his classmates, Seijuurou operates more like an absolute monarch whose unpredictable temper dictates the daily atmosphere of the entire campus. Under his volatile leadership, the student council functions less as a democratic organization and more as an extension of his personal will. Whether he directly unleashes chaos upon the student body or coerces his reluctant subordinates into executing his outrageous demands, disruption inevitably follows in his wake. With no regard for order or tradition, the self-proclaimed emperor continually devises new ways to assert his dominance, leaving both his fellow students and his own council members bracing for whatever havoc he intends to wreak next.
