Nakittsura ni Hug

Fuwa Masaki is burdened by an overwhelming sense of shyness that compels him to maintain a constant, unnecessary distance from everyone around him. This deep-seated social anxiety has isolated him for as long as he can remember, leaving him desperate to transform his life yet entirely clueless about how to begin. Despite his earnest desire to break free from the invisible walls he has built, Masaki remains trapped in a cycle of avoidance and quiet frustration, unsure of what steps could possibly lead him toward genuine human connection. His stagnant world shifts unexpectedly when a chance encounter brings him face-to-face with Miyatsuka Takeru, a dedicated medical student. After Masaki accidentally drops his cell phone, Takeru retrieves it, sparking an interaction that neither young man anticipates. Intrigued by Masaki’s profound struggle, Takeru makes the surprising decision to take an active role in helping him. Rather than simply walking away after returning the lost device, the medical student resolves to personally train Masaki, guiding him through a structured effort to finally overcome his debilitating condition and step confidently into the world he has always feared.
