Taishou Jun'ai Fukushuutan ~Haha o Yaki Korosareta Watashi wa Oni to Kasu~

Set during the early Taishou era, Yuu is born as the child of a concubine belonging to the prestigious Todou family. From her earliest years, she endures relentless mistreatment, reduced to little more than a servant within her own household. Her suffering is compounded by her half-sister Nadeshiko, who maintains a facade of sisterly affection whenever Shinnosuke—the young man she admires—is watching. The moment his back is turned, however, Nadeshiko subjects Yuu to endless cruelty. Though Yuu longs for freedom, she remains bound to the estate out of devotion to her mother, who is kept imprisoned in a dungeon beneath the property. Tragedy strikes when an unexplained fire consumes the dungeon, claiming her mother’s life. Yuu rushes into the flames in a desperate attempt to save her and vanishes in the aftermath, presumed dead. Seven years later, a strikingly beautiful woman arrives at the gates of the Todou estate. Bearing the new name Haruhi, the once-tormented girl has transformed completely. Armed with a new identity and an unyielding resolve, she steps back into the world that destroyed her family to exact revenge for her mother’s murder.
