FAMILY MAN

Gang-ho is a tireless laborer at a local factory, enduring grueling shifts and surviving on barely three hours of sleep each night. He works relentlessly to provide for his family, pushing himself to the absolute limit every single day. However, his demanding life takes a devastating turn when a severe workplace accident leaves him with terrible burns across his face. Unable to continue his physically taxing job due to his injuries, Gang-ho suddenly finds himself unemployed and stripped of his livelihood. Beyond the loss of his income, a deeper emotional burden weighs heavily on him. Terrified that his young daughter will be frightened or traumatized by his disfigured appearance, he desperately searches for a way to shield her from the harsh reality of his condition. Driven by a father's unwavering love and the need to remain present in his child's life without causing her distress, Gang-ho makes an extraordinary decision. Rather than hiding away in despair, he chooses to conceal his scars behind a mask, transforming himself into a superhero known as Gugu-Man to protect both his identity and his daughter's heart.
