Lycanthropos no Seijijou

At the Beastman Academy, Amidst a full moon, the protagonist transfers to the institution, coincidentally finding himself in the midst of his heat cycle. He is approached by a feline-eared girl who, in a desperate plea, requests his assistance in conception. This leads to an intimate encounter in the nurse's office, resulting in insemination. As his campus life unfolds, he meets a senior student, a cowgirl whose body is swollen with milk, a characteristic of her breed's lactation cycle. The protagonist offers to help her express the milk, which ultimately leads to a romantic and intimate encounter, resulting in both of them becoming pregnant.
