Ubunchu!

Inspired by the popular Ubuntu Linux operating system, Ubunchu! is a lively slapstick school comedy that follows the daily antics of three eccentric high school students. Bound together by their shared membership in the school’s systems administration club, this unlikely trio spends their time navigating the complexities and quirks of open-source software. Rather than simply studying, they constantly clash over their wildly different technological backgrounds and personal obsessions, turning every club meeting into a chaotic yet endearing learning experience. The club is led by its passionate president, Akane Kisaragi, a fervent UNIX enthusiast who takes her computing philosophies very seriously. Serving as her vice-president is Masato Midou, a hardcore otaku whose primary interests lie far closer to dating simulation games than command-line interfaces. Rounding out the group is Risa Shiina, an avid Mac fan who would much rather spend her time drawing doujinshi than troubleshooting software. Despite their conflicting loyalties and clashing personalities, the three must work together to master Ubuntu. Their ongoing struggles to bridge their distinct digital worlds provide a humorous and lighthearted look at student life through the lens of computer culture.
