Perfectly Broken Love

Business student Ma Dongjae has always struggled with a frustrating pattern in his romantic life: he exclusively falls for strictly straight men. Desperate for a genuine relationship, he finds that his terrible taste constantly sabotages any chance at love. His luck appears to shift when someone finally makes a move on him, but the encounter takes place under deeply uncomfortable circumstances inside the campus changing rooms. Despite the man’s undeniable attractiveness, Dongjae firmly rejects the bizarre advance, hoping to put the awkward incident behind him for good. Fate, however, has other plans. To Dongjae’s dismay, the very same man ends up not only in his class but also assigned as his partner for an upcoming academic project. Strangely, the composed and distant individual who introduces himself bears no resemblance to the aggressive stranger from the locker room. His behavior is wildly inconsistent—fluctuating between intense warmth and icy detachment—and he frequently acts as though their previous encounter never even happened. Left entirely off balance, Dongjae begins to wonder if his enigmatic new partner might actually be two completely different people.
