One snowy winter evening, Changdeok finds a high school student huddled in front of his favorite restaurant, the falling snow turning the boy’s blood cold. Drawn by the promise of a homemade meal just like the eatery’s, Changdeok ends up inviting the young man, Jongwu, into his home. After all, Changdeok’s life is as stale as day-old rice, and food is his only comfort. So when Jongwu offers to cook him a delicious dinner every night in exchange for a place to stay, he reluctantly agrees. Yet as their unusual living arrangement gets underway, Changdeok can’t shake the uneasy feeling that Jongwu is hiding something. Hopefully, playing the good Samaritan won’t come back to bite him in the neck—or rather, the backside.
