Summary

Official Details
Inusaki is a local detective who has inadvertently become the go-to problem solver for everyone in his neighborhood. Beyond his demanding daily responsibilities, he carries an unusual and deeply unwanted burden: the ability to communicate with birds. Far from viewing this skill as a gift, Inusaki despises it, wishing only for a quiet life free from avian chatter. However, his routine is disrupted when he crosses paths with a remarkably perceptive crow that somehow knows his name. Despite his strong reservations, Inusaki finds himself drawn to the intelligent bird, eventually befriending it and giving it the name "Kuro." The situation takes a confusing turn when Inusaki later hears what he believes to be Kuro’s voice calling out to him. Following the sound, he does not find his feathered companion but instead encounters his landlord’s son. Strangely, the young man's voice is nearly identical to the one Inusaki associates with the crow. Left bewildered by this uncanny resemblance, the detective begins to grapple with an entirely unexpected emotional dilemma. Every time the image of Kuro the crow crosses his mind, he feels an uncontrollable flush creeping across his face, leaving him to wonder why a simple bird has suddenly made his heart race.
