Blood Rain

As foreign criminal syndicates flood the nation with illicit capital to expand their operations, the National Intelligence Service devises a desperate countermeasure to seize control of the underworld. Rather than relying on traditional law enforcement, the agency orchestrates a covert operation to manipulate rival gangs against one another, intending to dismantle the entire network from within. This high-stakes strategy hinges on infiltrating the heart of the conflict through a proxy force, turning organized crime’s own violence into a tool for national security. Police officer Kang Hyuk is thrust deep undercover into this volatile gang war, tasked with navigating the brutal hierarchy to identify and apprehend all key players. However, the meticulously crafted plan begins to unravel as the chaos on the ground proves far more unpredictable than intelligence reports suggested. What was meant to be a controlled takedown spirals into a dangerous convergence involving the Tong and Dokgo factions, forcing Kang Hyuk to survive an escalating crisis where the lines between duty and survival blur in this intense crossover event.
