Blue Lock (Fan Colored)

Yoichi Isagi’s dream of competing in the national high school championships shatters in a single, agonizing moment. Instead of taking the shot himself, he chooses to pass the ball to a teammate who ultimately misses, costing their team the match. Haunted by this costly decision, Isagi soon finds his life redirected when he is selected as one of three hundred elite U-18 strikers for an unprecedented and radical training initiative. The project is spearheaded by Jinpachi Ego, a visionary strategist hired by the Japan Football Association in the aftermath of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Tasked with leading the nation to ultimate World Cup glory, Ego believes that achieving this requires completely dismantling the current philosophy of Japanese football. To execute his vision, he confines the three hundred chosen forwards inside a prison-like facility known as Blue Lock. Within these isolated walls, the young athletes are subjected to a ruthless competitive environment designed to strip away their reliance on teamwork. Ego’s singular objective is to forge the world’s greatest egotist—a supremely selfish and unstoppable striker capable of carrying Japan to victory, filling a critical void that has long plagued the nation's approach to the sport.
