Hoshikuzu Telepath

Umika has long struggled with profound social anxiety, finding communication with others so overwhelming that she eventually abandoned any hope of forming friendships. Her solitary existence persists until the arrival of Yuu, a mysterious transfer student who disrupts her carefully maintained isolation. Unlike anyone Umika has ever encountered, Yuu openly claims to be an extraterrestrial visitor, presenting herself not as an ordinary classmate but as a being from another world entirely. What truly sets Yuu apart is her extraordinary ability known as Forehead Telepathy, which allows her to perceive and understand human emotions through direct physical contact by pressing her forehead against another person’s. This unique form of empathic connection bypasses the verbal barriers that have always hindered Umika, offering a mode of understanding that transcends traditional conversation. Through this unconventional bond, the shy protagonist begins to experience genuine emotional intimacy for the first time, challenging her long-held belief that meaningful relationships are forever beyond her reach.
