Good Night Routine

Kazuha is a highly competent salaryman who excels in his professional life yet harbors an intense aversion to bathing. Despite his success at work, this personal quirk creates a significant hurdle in his daily routine, leading him to seek an unconventional solution within his own home. To address both his domestic needs and his reluctance toward self-care, he enters into a unique living arrangement with Mika, his junior colleague from the workplace. In exchange for providing Mika with affordable lodging by renting out a spare room, Kazuha negotiates a specific condition requiring his tenant to handle various household chores. However, this transactional agreement extends beyond simple cleaning duties, implying that Mika’s responsibilities may also involve assisting Kazuha with the very hygiene routines he detests. This intimate barter system establishes a complex dynamic between the senior and junior colleagues, transforming their professional relationship into something far more personal as they navigate the boundaries of their shared domestic life and unspoken expectations.
