Doublets

One fateful day, Touma hears a mysterious voice calling out to him from within a dream. By all logic, such visions should fade into meaninglessness the moment he opens his eyes. Yet this strange experience marks the beginning of an unexpected shift in his reality, drawing him toward events far beyond his control. Elsewhere, Sousuke makes the drastic decision to abandon his family, fleeing with a sacred sword that his lineage has guarded for generations. His escape was meant to be absolute; his relatives were never supposed to track him down or reclaim the ancestral blade. He believed he had severed all ties and vanished without a trace, leaving his past behind forever. However, when Touma and Sousuke finally cross paths, their lives become irrevocably intertwined by forces neither could have anticipated. Fate binds them together, proving that no carefully laid plans—whether dismissing dreams as mere illusions or orchestrating a flawless disappearance—can withstand its unpredictable design. Together, they are swept into a destiny that defies every expectation they once held.
