Satsui" Doctor Ranmaru

Dr. Ranmaru presents himself as an unorthodox physician whose cheerful demeanor and lecherous tendencies seem wholly inappropriate for the medical profession, yet he demonstrates unwavering dedication when treating his patients. Beneath this disarming facade lies a far darker purpose that emerges only after his clinic closes for the evening. While he spends his daylight hours mending physical ailments, he devotes his nights to curing societal ills by surgically eliminating malevolent individuals who have inflicted suffering upon those under his care. This vigilante mission transforms him from a healer of bodies into an executioner of justice, targeting specifically those who have harmed his daytime patients with calculated precision. The narrative tension escalates when Maria, a young schoolgirl whose grandfather was saved by the doctor’s skilled hands, begins working part-time at his practice. As she grows closer to her employer and witnesses his compassionate bedside manner, she remains entirely unaware of the lethal shadow that defines his nocturnal existence. Her increasing familiarity with Dr. Ranmaru creates a precarious dynamic where innocent admiration collides with hidden violence. The central conflict hinges on whether Maria will eventually uncover the dangerous truth behind the man who healed her family, forcing a confrontation between her trust in a benevolent physician and the grim reality of his secret crusade against evil.
