Himuro no Tenchi: Fate/school life

Himuro no Tenchi: Fate/school life is a comedic four-panel manga that shifts the spotlight away from epic battles to focus entirely on the everyday school experiences of the supporting cast from Fate/stay night and Fate/hollow ataraxia. The story primarily follows Himuro Kane, a classmate of protagonist Emiya Shirou, alongside her close friends Makidera Kaede and Saegusa Yukika. Together, they navigate the ordinary yet entertaining challenges of student life, completely free from any supernatural elements such as magecraft or Heroic Spirits. The narrative unfolds through classic high school events, including ball game tournaments, field trips, and inter-school competitions. Alongside the central trio, the manga features a rich ensemble drawn from the main games, including Mitsuzuri Ayako, Tohsaka Rin, Ryuudou Issei, Matou Shinji, Kuzuki Souichirou, Fujimura Taiga, Matou Sakura, and Mitsuzuri Minori. Classmates Gotou Gai, Fujimoto, Dezaki, and Hirumata also make appearances to round out the student body. Adding an extra layer of charm, the series occasionally introduces special guest characters from other entries in the broader franchise. These include Ciel, Seven, and Sajyou Ayaka, who notably served as the heroine of the original prototype novel that eventually evolved into Fate/stay night. Through its lighthearted format, the manga offers a refreshing, grounded perspective on familiar faces.
