Masaki Yaida is an unassuming part-time janitor working at a large publishing company, living a mundane life defined by his private obsessions. His days are spent daydreaming about women and crafting elaborate cosplay outfits dedicated to his ultimate fantasy: Maiko Oikawa, the daughter of the company’s president. To Masaki, Maiko exists in an entirely different world, completely out of reach for someone of his lowly status. However, everything changes when Maiko unexpectedly awakens to dormant magical powers hidden deep within her. Despite this extraordinary gift, Maiko struggles severely to control her newfound abilities. Her magic frequently backfires, leaving her completely stripped of her clothing and either unconscious or physically paralyzed in the aftermath. Recognizing the danger and embarrassment these uncontrollable episodes cause, Maiko’s mother makes a surprising decision. She appoints Masaki as her daughter’s official guardian and mentor, tasking the humble janitor with guiding the young heiress through her volatile transformation. Now, Masaki must step far beyond his ordinary life and take on the monumental responsibility of training Maiko to master her unpredictable magic, hoping to finally shape her into a proper magical girl.
