In the year 2023, Tokyo's society is plagued by the dark side of internationalization and globalization, with criminals expanding their organizations and threatening the city's peace and security. In response, the government establishes a special task force, an extralegal police unit known as the Warriors, comprising a handful of elite members tasked with dealing with the most hardened and elusive criminals.
