The Long Way of the Warrior

Set during the latter half of the second century, Musa Mallihaeng follows the harrowing journey of Naru, a formidable warrior hailing from the state of Koryo. Stripped of his homeland and autonomy, he is captured and sold into the brutal machinery of the Roman Empire, where he is forced into the bloody arena as a gladiator-slave. Thrust into a foreign world governed by violence and spectacle, Naru must navigate an unforgiving environment far removed from everything he once knew. Determined to reclaim his stolen life, he channels his martial prowess into a desperate struggle for survival against seasoned fighters and lethal odds. Every match in the arena becomes a fight not merely for the entertainment of his captors, but for his very right to exist as a free man. Bound by chains yet unbroken in spirit, Naru wages a relentless campaign against his enslavement, transforming the sands of the colosseum into the battleground for his ultimate liberation.
