Kyouji Himuro’s ordinary life takes an abrupt turn when a simple knock at his door leads to an impossible transition. Upon opening it, he finds himself inexplicably transported to an entirely different world. However, this sudden isekai adventure offers no grand welcome or heroic destiny. Stripped of resources and completely unprepared for his new reality, Kyouji faces a grim struggle for survival. He possesses no combat abilities to defend himself, lacks any currency to sustain his needs, and has absolutely no means of securing food in this unfamiliar environment. Driven by desperation and hunger, Kyouji resorts to scavenging through refuse just to stay alive. During one of these bleak foraging attempts, he stumbles upon a handful of mysterious seeds. Seeing a potential lifeline, he quickly devises a plan to cultivate them, hoping to finally grow his own food and establish some semblance of stability in his harsh new life. Yet, his fragile hopes are shattered when the crops begin to sprout. Instead of yielding nourishing plants, the seeds give rise to something far more dangerous: living monsters. What was meant to be a desperate bid for survival soon transforms into an unexpected and perilous endeavor, as Kyouji realizes he must now navigate the challenges of cultivating creatures rather than crops.
