Shitei Bouryoku Shoujo Shiomi-chan

Gen Shiomi, the 56-year-old leader of the Hitotsubashi organized crime syndicate, finds himself forced into hiding to safeguard his life against potential assassins. To evade his pursuers, he undergoes plastic surgery, but the procedure results in an unexpected and drastic transformation: he emerges looking entirely like a teenage girl. Despite this jarring new appearance, he resolves to maintain his current guise until the threat to his life has completely passed. Navigating daily existence proves perilous, as his habitual demeanor frequently draws unwanted scrutiny. When a suspicious situation threatens to expose him to law enforcement, he is unexpectedly rescued by a teenage boy named Tatsuya Umemiya. Following an incident where Gen assists Tatsuya in resolving troubles of his own, the mob boss is compelled to enroll in junior high school under the identity of "Shiomi Iwao." To his surprise, he soon discovers that one of his new classmates is none other than Tatsuya.
