At a hospital on the verge of collapse, Dr. Shinji Ishida's unconventional approach to medicine sparks both fascination and fear. Dubbed a savior by some and a menace by others, his unorthodox methods have a peculiar effect on his patients, who find themselves inexplicably drawn to his care despite, or perhaps because of, his unorthodox techniques. As a result, the hospital experiences a miraculous influx of patients, and the once-failing institution is revitalized.
