Fumi Oono is a second-year high school student burdened with an overwhelming problem: her father has left her saddled with his debts. Desperate for a way to make ends meet, she urgently searches for employment and manages to secure a position as a live-in housekeeper. Her new employer is none other than Akatsuki Kibikino, a highly renowned novelist whose fame precedes him. However, the job quickly proves to be far more challenging than Fumi anticipated. Rather than welcoming her into his home, the celebrated author greets her with a harsh glare and a notoriously difficult attitude. Working under his sharp gaze is daunting enough, but the arrangement comes with an unexpected complication that leaves her entirely unprepared.
