Soshite Watashi wa Kaeru ni Koisuru

Soshite Watashi wa Kaeru ni Koisuru is a charming, fully illustrated four-page color one-shot that captures a single day in the life of a young man deeply enamored with his boyfriend. Rather than following a traditional dramatic arc, the story unfolds as a quiet, affectionate observation of everyday romance, rendered entirely through the protagonist's unique and endearing perspective. Throughout the course of their time together, the young man finds himself constantly comparing his partner to a frog. This whimsical motif shapes the way he views every shared moment, transforming an otherwise ordinary day into something deeply personal and sweetly eccentric. The narrative leans into this playful metaphor, exploring how love often colors our perception of the people we care about most. By framing the entire experience around this lighthearted comparison, the one-shot delivers a brief but memorable slice-of-life vignette. It stands as a tender exploration of romantic devotion, where even the most unconventional thoughts serve as a testament to genuine affection.
