Blind of Mind is a manga anthology by Coga Mayumi, comprising eleven standalone oneshot stories. Among its varied narratives is the featured tale Hibi Kira Kira, which unfolds during the bright days of summer vacation. The story follows Tomoaki, a young man who dedicates his mornings to volunteering at a daily exercise program for local children held in the neighborhood park. His routine takes an unsettling turn when he begins to notice a mysterious young man living in a house adjacent to the park, quietly observing the children's morning activities from afar every single day. This silent spectator quickly becomes a source of deep unease for Tomoaki. As the days pass, suspicion and anxiety take root, leading him to question the stranger's true intentions. Is this neighbor harboring dangerous, predatory motives toward the vulnerable children under Tomoaki's care, or is there a completely innocent explanation behind his daily vigil?
