Cherry Blossoms After Winter

Seo Hae-Bom was only seven years old when a tragic accident claimed his parents' lives. Left with nowhere to turn, he was taken in by the family of his childhood friend, Jo Tae-Sung. However, instead of offering comfort during this devastating loss, Tae-Sung suddenly became cold and distant, effectively shattering the close bond they once shared. For years afterward, the two boys lived under the same roof yet barely exchanged a single word, their fractured friendship fading into painful silence. Now in their senior year of high school, fate places Hae-Bom and Tae-Sung in the same classroom for the very first time. Hae-Bom continues to struggle socially, finding himself isolated and targeted by relentless bullies. The dynamic shifts unexpectedly when the handsome and widely popular Tae-Sung steps in to defend him against his most persistent tormentor. Following this intervention, the two begin sharing lunches and slowly revert to acting like genuine friends once more. Bewildered by this sudden warmth, Hae-Bom remains cautious, yet he recognizes that this unexpected reconciliation may be his final opportunity to heal the wounds of their past and restore what was lost.
