For as long as he can recall, Da-Jeong has lived under the care of Dr. Lee Seh-Yeon, though his memories remain fragmented and hazy. His existence is governed by strict, unyielding rules: a daily injection administered by the doctor, a diet restricted entirely to raw meat, and an absolute prohibition against stepping outside. The truth behind these constraints is extraordinary. Da-Jeong is the final surviving zombie from a devastating outbreak that humanity successfully contained ten years ago. He was originally created as part of a cruel experiment, but Dr. Lee rescued him just before he was scheduled to be destroyed. Dr. Lee understands that hiding Da-Jeong indefinitely is impossible, and he knows the day will come when he must finally explain why his patient considers himself "sick." As he cautiously begins introducing Da-Jeong to the outside world, their carefully maintained routine starts to unravel.
