Botsuraku Youtei nanode, Kajishokunin wo Mezasu

After passing away in his previous life, the protagonist awakens to find himself reincarnated as Kururi Helan, a minor character from a video game he once played. In the original story, Kururi is destined for a bleak fate: he is doomed to fall into ruin alongside the game’s villainess, spending his final years living in destitution by her side. Strangely, the game itself never explained the details of this downfall or why such an insignificant sub-character was tied to the villainess’s tragic route. However, the reasons behind this narrative mystery matter little to him now that he is actually living it. The mere thought of enduring a life of poverty as a struggling farmer alongside someone else is entirely unacceptable. Determined to rewrite his grim destiny and escape the impending ruin, he resolves to secure a reliable profession. Drawing upon practical skills he possessed in his former life, he sets his sights on a new path, aiming to forge his own future by becoming a blacksmith.
