Watashi to Renai shiyo

A young freeter finally secures a modest, budget-friendly apartment of his own and moves in with high spirits. Eager to start this new chapter of independent living, he anticipates nothing more than the quiet comfort of a cheap, single-occupancy room. However, his expectations are immediately shattered upon crossing the threshold, as he discovers that the supposedly empty space is already occupied by an unexpected resident. To his absolute astonishment, a mysterious girl is already living inside the apartment. Before he can even process the bizarre situation or question how she came to be there, the encounter takes an even more surreal turn. Without any hesitation or preamble, the girl looks at him and boldly proposes marriage on the spot. Thrust into a wildly unpredictable scenario from the very first moment in his new home, the young man must now navigate a sudden, bewildering romantic proposition from a complete stranger who has inexplicably claimed his living space as her own.
