Osananajimi wa Onnanoko ni Naare

High school student Shuichi never expected an ordinary day to take a magical turn, but everything changes when he rescues a mystical fairy named Sylphy from drowning in a local pond. Deeply grateful for his timely intervention, the tiny creature offers to grant him a single wish as a token of her appreciation. Without a moment of hesitation, Shuichi blurts out his deepest desire: he wishes for a cute childhood girlfriend. Sylphy fulfills the request in a way Shuichi could never have anticipated. Rather than conjuring someone new, she directs her magic toward Iori, Shuichi’s longtime male childhood friend, instantly transforming him into a girl. The sudden and complete alteration leaves Shuichi utterly stunned, forcing him to confront the reality of his impulsive wish. To his absolute astonishment, the newly transformed Iori is remarkably adorable, completely upending their familiar dynamic. As Shuichi navigates this bizarre new situation, he must figure out how to interact with his closest companion, whose appearance has drastically changed while their shared history remains exactly the same. What began as a careless wish quickly evolves into an unexpected journey, challenging Shuichi to rethink his feelings and adapt to a friendship that will never be quite the same again.
