Tadashi Ore wa Heroine Toshite

When the development studio behind his favorite adult dating sim goes bankrupt, a thirty-year-old virgin with an unhealthy obsession makes a desperate pilgrimage to an abandoned shrine. He prays for one impossible thing: to be transported directly into the world of the company's masterpiece, Kokorone Heartful. Miraculously, the local deity answers his plea and pulls him across the boundary of reality. However, the divine intervention comes with a catastrophic clerical error. Instead of awakening as the game's male protagonist, he finds himself inhabiting the body of the female lead. In the original game, the protagonist held all the power, choosing which romantic paths to pursue. Now trapped on the opposite side of the screen, he is stripped of that agency and forced into the heroine's role. The stakes are absolute. To return to his true self and escape this digital reality, he must successfully navigate and complete the game's storyline from the heroine's perspective. If he fails to see the narrative through to its proper conclusion, he will be permanently sealed inside the world of Kokorone Heartful, living out the rest of his days as a woman.
