The Weatherman is my Lover

The Weatherman is My Lover follows the unlikely partnership between Keitarou Koganui, a rigid and straight-laced newscaster, and Chitose Amasawa, an eccentric weather presenter known for his flamboyant cosplay. Together, this contrasting duo captivates audiences, driving their television program's ratings ever higher while navigating unexpected romantic sparks that ignite during their daily broadcasts. However, beneath their professional success lies a looming complication: Amasawa carries a dark past that threatens to obstruct any chance of lasting happiness between them. As their newly realized feelings finally come to light, the couple faces a daunting trial when Koganui is temporarily transferred to New York, separating them by an ocean. During his absence, a mysterious foreign figure named Leon Kaiser arrives as Koganui’s replacement, introducing potential rivalry in both the workplace and matters of the heart. The prolonged distance takes a heavy emotional toll on Amasawa, but when the two are ultimately reunited, a series of misunderstandings must be resolved before they can determine whether their bond will endure the challenges ahead.
