Ode to Gallantry

Adapted by Huang Yu Lang from Jin Yong’s celebrated wuxia novel, Ode to Gallantry follows the extraordinary journey of a young man known only as Gou Za Zhong, whose true name remains a mystery even to himself. His life takes a dramatic turn when his striking physical resemblance to a man named Shi Potian leads others to mistake him for that very individual. Unable to easily correct this misunderstanding, he finds himself swept into the complex web of alliances and obligations tied to Shi Potian’s closest friends and devoted followers. Thrust into a world where identity dictates destiny, the protagonist must navigate dangerous entanglements while living under an assumed persona. As he travels through the treacherous martial arts underworld, he encounters numerous formidable experts who impart their unique combat techniques to him. Through relentless trials and unexpected mentorships, he steadily refines his abilities, transforming from an unassuming youth with no known past into a top-tier master within the Jianghu.
