Biotop

Biotop is a lighthearted four-panel manga that chronicles the delightfully unconventional living arrangement between Kumakura, an ordinary college student, and Angie, a celestial being who has descended to Earth. Tasked with a divine mission to assist humanity, the angel finds herself taking up residence in Kumakura's home, settling into a comfortable life as his freeloading roommate rather than actively pursuing her heavenly duties. The story thrives on the charming contrast between its two leads, unfolding through a series of comedic vignettes that capture both the mundane routines and the unexpectedly extraordinary moments of their shared daily existence. As Kumakura navigates the typical challenges of university life, he must also contend with the peculiar reality of harboring an otherworldly guest under his roof. Whether dealing with everyday household trivialities or the bizarre situations that naturally arise from living alongside an angel, their dynamic transforms the ordinary into something uniquely entertaining. Through its relaxed pacing and humorous four-panel format, Biotop offers a warm, slice-of-life exploration of an unlikely companionship built on quiet cohabitation and gentle comedy.
