Season Fairies are responsible for controlling the weather, utilizing special musical instruments to make the wind blow, snow fall, and sun shine. Sugar, an apprentice Snow Fairy, and her friends Salt and Pepper, aspire to become full-fledged Season Fairies by finding the elusive "Twinkles" that will make their magical flowers bloom. However, their search is hindered by their lack of knowledge about what Twinkles are. The fairies enlist the help of Saga, a human girl who can see Season Fairies, although she is initially unwilling to participate. As Saga's orderly life becomes disrupted, she joins Sugar and her friends in their quest for Twinkles, while they also strive to perfect their magical abilities. Together, they navigate their search for the mysterious Twinkles, bringing a touch of chaos to Saga's previously well-planned life.
