Tokko: Devil's Awaken

Shindou has just achieved his goal of becoming a new investigator for Tokki, the Special Mobile Investigation Force. However, his graduation day brings an unexpected and life-altering encounter. On this pivotal day, he finally comes face-to-face with a half-naked girl who has haunted his dreams for as long as he can remember. To his astonishment, she is not merely a figment of his imagination but a real person—and an active member of Tokko, the Special Public Safety Task Force. This shocking revelation sets Shindou on an entirely new path. Driven by a deep-seated need for vengeance, he abandons his initial career trajectory to join the ranks of Tokko. His motivation stems from a horrific tragedy: the brutal murder of his parents, whose bodies were mercilessly torn to pieces under gruesome circumstances. By aligning himself with this specialized task force, Shindou commits to confronting the dark forces responsible for his family's devastating fate. Now operating within Tokko, he steps into a dangerous world where his recurring nightmares and his desperate quest for retribution are inextricably linked.
