You Are Slugger

Wako Uonuma is a high school student with an extraordinary ambition: to become a professional baseball player. On the diamond, she is nothing short of a prodigy. Armed with a devastating swing that leaves opponents in awe, Wako has earned her reputation as a genius slugger whose raw power defines her game. Yet, the moment she steps off the field, the contrast between her athletic brilliance and her daily life becomes impossible to ignore. Away from the batter's box, Wako is remarkably clumsy and hopelessly inept at handling even the simplest everyday tasks. This stark duality ensures that her days are anything but peaceful. Her lack of coordination outside of baseball constantly lands her in a series of comical and frustrating predicaments, turning her ordinary routine into a relentless source of trouble. However, Wako never faces these challenges alone. She is deeply supported by Taiji, her devoted childhood friend, along with a caring circle of people who believe in her potential both on and off the field. Bolstered by their unwavering encouragement, Wako refuses to let her everyday shortcomings define her. With boundless determination and sheer willpower, she continues to push forward through every obstacle, chasing her dream of professional baseball with everything she has.
