"Heart Mark Even More" is a manga anthology that compiles several previously released doujinshi and exclusive works into a single comprehensive collection. The core of the volume consists of chapters one through four from the original "Heart Mark Oome" series, which were initially distributed at Comic Market 95, 96, and 100, alongside newly drawn material created specifically for this release. The anthology also gathers the complete "Lilim's" trilogy, comprising the original "Lilim's" from Comic Market 89, "Lilim's Plus" from Comic Market 90, and "Lilim's Kiss" from Comic Market 92. Rounding out the collection are two additional standalone stories: "Fuyu no Hi," an exclusive piece originally drawn for the Lilim's series, and "Itoshi no Onii-sama," which debuted at Comic Market 91. Together, these works form a unified publication showcasing the creator's assorted romantic short stories and event-exclusive illustrations.
