Raid

Approximately fifty years after the Korean War, mysterious portals known as Demon World Gates suddenly tore open across the globe. From these rifts emerged terrifying demonic creatures completely immune to modern weaponry, unleashing catastrophic destruction upon humanity. Just as civilization teetered on the brink of annihilation, individuals known as "Masters" awakened, becoming mankind's sole hope for survival and fundamentally reshaping the world in their wake. Half a century later, society has adapted to this new reality, but Gang Kyu Sung remains trapped at the bottom of it. Working as an overlooked deputy at a small company, he endures a life defined by dead ends, constant misfortune, and zero prospects for advancement. However, his bleak existence is shattered when he unexpectedly awakens as a Master himself. Despite achieving what should be an extraordinary transformation, Kyu Sung is classified merely as a Rank 5 Master, leaving him subjected to the same scorn and dismissal that plagued his mundane life. Refusing to remain powerless any longer, the once-ignored man resolves to defy expectations. Thus begins the relentless rise of an underdog determined to carve his own path from the very bottom to the pinnacle of strength.
