Thief and First Love

This manga anthology presents a collection of interconnected romantic stories centered on complex reunions and hidden identities. In the opening tale, Amano encounters his high school crush Takase for the first time in nearly twenty years, but a drunken argument leaves him unconscious only to awaken back in his teenage years. The title story follows Tachibana Yutaka, who comes face-to-face with his guilty past when he runs into Momoi, his former high school love. Unbeknownst to him, Momoi harbors secrets of her own and refuses to let Tachibana escape their shared history this time. Spanning multiple serialized chapters and bonus content, the volume explores variations on the thief archetype through titles referencing romance, personal insights, destruction, and vulnerability. Each narrative examines how unresolved feelings and concealed truths complicate adult relationships, blending emotional tension with moments of unexpected tenderness. The stories collectively portray characters grappling with regret, second chances, and the enduring impact of first loves that refuse to fade despite the passage of time.
