Juuni-nin no Shinitai Kodomo-tachi

Twelve children, each burdened by their own profound despair, converge upon a desolate, abandoned hospital. They have gathered with a single, shared purpose: to end their lives together in a coordinated suicide pact. Driven by their individual struggles and the heavy weight of their circumstances, these young individuals seek a final refuge within the decaying walls of the forgotten medical facility, believing they have found solidarity in their darkest decision. However, upon arriving at the designated meeting room where their tragic plan is meant to unfold, the group encounters an impossible anomaly that shatters their expectations. Lying motionless on the floor is the body of an unknown boy who was never part of their arrangement. He is already dead, his presence entirely unaccounted for by any of the twelve children. This chilling discovery instantly transforms their somber gathering into a tense mystery. With no one willing to claim responsibility for the corpse, paranoia begins to ripple through the group. The children are forced to confront a terrifying question before they can proceed with their original intentions: who is this thirteenth person, how did he die, and is there someone—or something—else lurking within the shadows of the abandoned hospital?
