Fate/Apocrypha: Unbirth

Fate/Apocrypha: Unbirth is a light novel chapter originally published in the seventh volume of Type-Moon Ace magazine. Centered on the Assassin-class Servant Jack the Ripper, this standalone narrative explores her origins and nature outside the primary storyline. While certain thematic elements and character details introduced in this chapter were later integrated into the official Fate/Apocrypha canon, the events depicted here do not form part of the main light novel's overarching plot. Instead, it serves as a supplementary piece that delves deeper into Jack the Ripper’s tragic existence, offering readers additional context regarding her manifestation as a Servant born from the discarded souls of countless children. This exclusive publication provides valuable insight into one of the franchise's most unsettling characters, presenting a focused exploration of her lore that enriches the broader Fate/Apocrypha universe without directly intersecting with its central conflict between the Red and Black factions.
